Hi Peyton! Well, a GF AP flour blend would be your best bet, but each brand works differently so I can’t guarantee the same results. Let me know how it turns out!

Ooh! Your website looks different than I remember! I wanted to make a chocolate cake and not only do I need to make it dairy free for someone who is deathly allergic but I also really need it to taste good and your recipe still is my go-to for these things! I’m just a pescetarian now and I’ve been this way since 2007 but I wanted a recipe without sour cream or heavy cream and all things dairy. I knew who to go to for that! Thank you again, Demeter!
