Doubled the recipe and it made 25 cookies: very good and healthy taste! Had to press down some to get them to spread.

These cookies are so good! I froze them so I wouldn’t eat them all at once, but I find myself eating them out of the freezer (they’re still delicious frozen!) I didn’t have flaxseed so I just omitted it. Definitely will make these again!
