Thank you for having shared this recipe! The cookies came out perfect almost like storebought minus the additives. I have to venture on making my own cookies due to digestive issues and I can say this recipe is a gem.

Love these cookies, they turn out great! I went to make a double batch and didn’t feel like shaping so many cookies, so I just made into bars on a baking sheet, and baked for a bit longer. 😄
