Well, I’m glad you asked! It means… cookie dough to the nth power. Cookie dough that’s so cookie dough that, after the first time of making this keto cookie dough, you’ll be trained to auto-drool when you go and grab the ingredients to make it again. And again. And again.

Today’s keto cookie dough is everything you could ask for: satisfyingly sweet, soft ‘n dense, and rich with cookie dough flavor (hello, chocolate goodness + vanilla smooth flavor + big cookie dough YUM).

Bonus? It’s also low carb, easy to make and comes together in minutes.

So are you ready to oh-so-COOKIE DOUGH the heck out of today? Let’s do it!

Whisk melted coconut oil and keto monkfruit sweetener together in a bowl. Whisk until the granulated keto sweetener is lightly dissolved.

Now, add the keto honey, almond flour, coconut flour, salt and vanilla. Grab a rubber spatula and stir & fold it altogether until it’s thoroughly mixed and thickened, lookin’ like cookie dough. 😉

Fold in your delicious keto chocolate chips.

Instructions

  • Add melted coconut oil and granulated keto sweetener to a bowl. Whisk together until sweetener is mostly wet and a bit dissolved.
  • Add the keto honey, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, vanilla. Using a rubber spatula, stir and fold thoroughly until well mixed and thickened, resembling cookie dough—this will take a while. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
  • Allow to set for 5 minutes. Serve desired amount in mini bowls. Optionally, top with more chocolate chips. Enjoy! Storing instructions below.

    I have fixed this multiple times and every time I do I like it more and more. it is kind of addicting so consider yourself warned.
