Hi..love these bars…have made with and egg and also flax egg.. I also add a couple of scoops of vanilla protein powder, I cut back a bit on the oatmeal..1/4 c. So I have more protein in my breakfast bar…Love these…I can eat anything…but some family have gluten and lactose issues..so this works for everyone! Thanks for another great recipe!!

The banana flavor is there, but I think it’s on the pleasant, milder side. Know that the more ripe your bananas are, the stronger the banana taste will be. I hope this helps!
