LOL thanks for understanding my gripe about chia seeds. Hubby says “well at least you have a snack for later!’ Ummm yuck!? 😆 Flaxseeds probably get stuck between my teeth too but at least they’re not giving me a look like I’m missing a tooth or something! 😂

Yes!!! Woot woot! Oh my goodness, I hear your struggle with chia seeds. Lol. That’s exactly the reason why my mom always grumbles when I get her to eat something with it. So smart on the flaxseeds, Michelle! Yogurt is so much easier, right? Haha. But sometimes (just sometimes)… I just love that extra mile for coconut cream in my overnight oat goodness. I’ve made this several times since. I make it with flaxseeds instead of chia seeds because chia seeds get stuck in between my teeth 😆 I also use yogurt instead of the coconut cream. Such a good recipe! Thanks again, Demeter! ❤️
