I just made these. I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to the yogurt before adding the fruit. Brought a container to share at my morning exercise class. Yum.

However, because there are a lot of different types of yogurts, fruits, and granolas out there, you'll have the best results if you enter the exact brand of each ingredient you use into an online nutrition calculator. That way, you'll know exactly how much sugar, carbs, protein, etc are in your specific version of the recipe. Hope this helps! :)
